Each meeting has been a welcomed (and welcoming) milestone amidst many a hectic month, and I have immensely valued the opportunity to take a step back from the weekly madness to reflect on a variety of topics, with your insightful support. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to focus on a variety of topics, covering an array of issues from leadership, to conflict management, assertiveness, teamworking, inductions and departures. During the sessions you have remained patient and open-minded, and have been an excellent listener- all of which have been immensely helpful in contributing to the sessions’ productivity and efficiency. Where you would offer constructive challenge, I found the interventions to be well-timed and carefully open-ended in order to maximise my ability to generate my own possible options and solutions. I’ve felt both continually encouraged and suitably challenged during our sessions and they have enabled me to look further ahead towards future opportunities both within and outside my role, and beyond the parameters of my role.
